Can my co-parent see the information I put into the My Account section?
Your My Account section is only viewable to you, as is much of the information you enter here. Your account and contact information, service status, login credentials, and notification settings are only viewable to you.
Only certain details, like child and third party accounts and your subscription expiration date, will be viewable to your co-parent in their My Account section on the OurFamilyWizard website.
Can the app keep me logged into my account all the time?
No. To help keep your information secure, the app will log you out automatically after a period of inactivity. If you do not wish to enter your username and password upon every login, using an easy access PIN code or activating Face ID, Touch ID, or Fingerprint Authentication will help you log into your account more quickly.

Stay on top of new entries in your OurFamilyWizard account. You can receive email, text message, or push notifications about new activity waiting for you to view on OurFamilyWizard.
