We want you to be satisfied with our tools and services. If you are unhappy for any reason with our services, please contact us. To request a refund, please follow the steps below, based on your purchase method.
Guidelines for requesting a refund
- If you purchased your subscription via OurFamilyWizard.ca: You have thirty (30) days from the date of purchase of a first-time Subscription to request a full refund. You can submit a refund request through the button below. Please make sure to request the refund within 30 days of your first-time purchase. No refunds will be granted after the initial 30 days have passed. OurFamilyWizard will not provide refunds for renewed Subscriptions, Plan Upgrades, or Premium Features.
- If you purchased your subscription via Google Play Store: OurFamilyWizard is not able to process refunds for Subscriptions purchased through Google. Refund requests must be submitted directly through Google in accordance with its refund policies. You have forty-eight (48) hours from the date of purchase of a first-time Subscription to request a refund. OurFamilyWizard has authorized Google to provide refunds in accordance with Google Play refund policies.
- If you purchased your subscription via Apple App Store: OurFamilyWizard is not able to process refunds for Subscriptions purchased through Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly through Apple in accordance with its refund policies. OurFamilyWizard has authorized Apple to provide refunds in accordance with Apple App Store refund policies.
